Hi friends! Can you believe we are already one week into February? It seems like we just stumbled into January, and yet it is long gone. How did that happen?

Today I am joining Anne In Residence to post on what is going on in my life currently. Go over to her site to see what other bloggers have shared; or better yet, join us!

Finishing my Master’s thesis! I am now in the editing part of writing a thesis, and it is hard to believe I am already so far. Of course I am looking forward to finishing this thesis and graduating, as I have a job waiting for me (praise God!) after I graduate. Right now the plan is to finish my thesis in February, graduate in March, and start working in mid-April.

Subscribing to 40 Days of Art & Truth by God’s fingerprints. It is a 40 day visual journey through the Word of God. Basically you get an email every day for 40 days. Those emails contain Scripture art with supporting Bible verses, and freebies as well. Go over and subscribe, friend; I so recommend it!! All their art is so beautiful!

Wishlisting She Reads Truth BibleI have been seeing this Bible on Instagram and I so want this. Maybe one day…

Watching Gilmore girls, unsurprisingly. Gilmore girls is one of those series that makes my heart happy! I think I have watched through the series three times now. I was quite a few weeks sick in January, and therefore January contained quite many episodes of Gilmore girls. And, well, I kept watching in February as well! It has made a good balance for the busyness of working, writing my thesis, and ministry.

Hearting the Harry Potter audiobooks read by Stephen Fry. Harry Potters certainly are not the most spiritual books; but I grew up reading them and I still love those books. Stephen Fry does an amazing job at narrating these books. I started listening to these books a week and a half ago, like I mentioned on January Favorites. I am already on book three — which tells you that I am hooked!

  2. I’ve heard that the Harry Potter audiobooks are really well done – saving them until my son is old enough to listen together! And hope you finish strong on that thesis 🙂 Sounds like exciting times!
