GraceFull Tuesday Link-Up

Friends, I come to you in the midst of a busy week to bring you this link-up. I also wanted to bring you these reminders of grace. Mainly because I feel like I need these today. And just as a side note, your presence is greatly appreciated here, friend.

What joy for those whose strength comes from the Lord,
who have set their minds on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.
When they walk through the Valley of Weeping,
it will become a place of refreshing springs.
The autumn rains will clothe it with blessings.
They will continue to grow stronger,
and each of them will appear before God in Jerusalem.”
(Psalm 84:5-7 NLT)

No matter where you have been or where you are right now. No matter where your life is headed now. There is grace to cover it all. There is love to wash it all white. This here, this breaking and molding? It is for a purpose, for His glory. There is strength in the weakness; this underlying beauty in it all.

And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

It will be okay. You will be okay. The waiting is hard but you are not alone. This road maybe covered with tears right now, but joy will come in the morning. A new day will dawn; a new season will eventually come. So trust His hands to carry you for now. There is enough grace for this. You are a warrior, enduring for just a little longer. It will be okay. You will be okay.

“Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16)

  1. Reminders of grace are always welcome. I especially need them today. After a setback this weekend, I came here to read “It will be okay. You will be okay. The waiting is hard but you are not alone. ” and “The autumn rains will clothe it with blessings. They will continue to grow stronger, and each of them will appear before God in Jerusalem.” Thank you! It was like you wrote the post just for me.

    1. I’m so glad the Lord used these words to speak to your heart, Laurie! I pray that God covers you with His grace and love. God bless you!

  2. This is my first time share a link here and I just wanted to thank you for sharing the above scriptures. There isn’t enough room in this comment box to share the ups and downs of this past year. Tomorrow we will be taking our oldest son Benjamin to college. UGH! It’s wonderful and terrible at the same time. I need the truth of God’s minute by minute right now so thank you!

    1. Thank you for joining us, Angela! I’m glad there was something here to speak to your heart. It seems like so many trials can fit into this life. It’s good that you are turning to God with it! God bless you!
