Behold, the days are coming — and they come when we let in the glorious light of the world, one that shines so bright it reaches every spot of our heart. That is when we see the heir of David, when we feel of the Branch of righteousness touch the depths of our soul and forth springs hope, rooted in love divine and grace unfolding. Only when we reach upwards, we let this translucent hope spread out and illuminate our hearts like candles on the cold winter nights. Because in those days and at that time, the heart that created ours, broke for our disobedience and in the math of this scandalous love story, one broken heart heals the hearts of humanity.

In the beginning — these words, they always take me to the right place, to the beginning. But more importantly, it puts my heart into the right place In the beginning, He was — and that already is the answer for our desperate hearts crying for an answer, the balm to soothe our souls bare and raw, the hope that drives away the darkness.

When the beginning began, He was already there, beloved. When you began, He was there, too.
